Answer

You can register for a DigiLeap account under your company or as an individual.

Company Sign Up

  1. Fill in your company UEN number
  2. Fill in company name
  3. Fill in your company email address
  4. Key in your preferred password
  5. Find the verification email in your mailbox to verify your email address
  6. Login again with your email address and new credentials

Individual (Email)

  1. Fill in your full name
  2. Fill in your email address
  3. Key in your preferred password
  4. Find the verification email in your mailbox to verify your email address
  5. Login again with your email address and new credentials

 

Individual (Google)

  1. Press “Continue with Google”
  2. Key in your Google credentials
  3. Press “Login with Google”

<p><strong>2. How can my company utilize the account number found in my profile page with only one account listed?</strong></p>
Answer

With multiple administrators under just one company account, you can leverage the account number found in your profile page to access the same account seamlessly. Simply key in your account number and password to login.

  1. Hover over to the dropdown at the top right of the platform with down arrow
  2. Click on “Change Password”
  3. Set your new credentials

Password requirements

  1. At least 8-16 characters
  2. At least 1 special character
  3. At least 1 numerical character
  4. At least 1 uppercase letter
  5. At least 1 lowercase letter

1. What is the difference between projects?
Answer

Project:

A project serves as a long-term umbrella for multiple opportunities, enabling users to manage and track various initiatives collectively. Users cannot express interest in the project itself, only in the opportunities within it. Projects can accommodate different types of opportunities, and opportunities can be added or closed at any point during the project‘s lifecycle.

Opportunity:

An opportunity represents a specific task or activity within a project. Each opportunity has its own budget and submission date, allowing users to express interest in individual opportunities based on their preferences.

2. How do I list a project and opportunity?
Answer

Only companies have the ability to publish projects and list products; individuals cannot list any projects or products. To create a project, navigate to the Projects page in the top panel and click “create project” in the upper right corner. Complete the required fields on the project creation form. Afterward, you‘ll be directed to the Opportunities page to provide additional information.

1. What is forums and how does it work?
Answer

Digileap allows users to participate in discussions or share knowledge through the forum module. Users can create thematic forums, invite other users, and receive requests to join from other users, with forum creation subject to admin approval. Within the forum, users can post freely, upload documents, and engage with likes and comments while adhering to forum guidelines. The forum creator will serve as the forum admin.

2. How to post events?
Answer

DigiLeap events allow users to promote their events within the DigiLeap ecosystem. Before posting events, user require to submit request event creation access, which will be approved by the DigiLeap administrator. DigiLeap users can express their interest in an event and add it to their DigiLeap calendar. Additionally, we assist users in navigating to the registration link for third-party sites.

Answer

Navigate to the Projects page to find projects of your interest. Click on “I’m Interested” on the pop-up. Find the opportunity that aligns with your capabilities listed under the project and click on “Express Interest” button. The page will be navigated to the EoI form. Fill up the form and wait for the project creator to reach out to you.
